Where do your items ship from?
All online orders ship from Canada.
Can I track my order?
All orders will be provided with a tracking number. Once your order has been picked up at our warehouse, an automated shipping notification along with a tracking number will be sent to you.
What are the importation fees?
Importation fees include all landed costs (duty and taxes, brokerage charge) that are associated with shipping our products to your international location.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
We currently do not work with any broker and mark all our shipments with the stated commercial value on our website. Any additional importation fees will depend on the country.

What is your returns policy?
Undamaged goods purchased can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. The customer assumes the return shipping costs. If goods are received defective or incorrect, BRACE will pay all shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. Please allow up to one billing cycle, depending on your financial provider for the refund to post back to your account. If you would like to return your product please contact us at hello@bracegoods.com with your order number and reason.
When will my credit card be credited following a refund?
Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to one billing cycle, depending on your financial provider, for the refund to post back to your account.
