Yes currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Jcb and Apple Pay
How do I cancel or change an order?
We fulfill all orders within three business days of being placed. Shipping time will depend on your location and shipping carrier; we do our best to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. If your order was placed overnight or within the past 24hrs there is a chance it can still be altered. Please email support@bracegoods.com immediately with any questions or concerns.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Everywhere outside of the State of Delaware will not be charged sales taxes.
Do you have sales?
We do have sales from time to time. If you sign up for our newsletter, you'll be the first to know about any promotions we may have. All discounted items are final sale.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to Canada and the US. If you live outside of these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@bracegoods.com
We usually ship within 2 to 3 business days, and once shipped, packages can take from 2 to 21 working days to arrive, depending on the shipping address.
We do our best to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged, but occasionally it is out of our control.
Do your products carry a warranty?
BRACE products are handcrafted; remnants of this process will be noticeable, reminding us of the origin and production process of the finished item. Our products are covered with a lifetime warranty on materials and manufacturing. All of our products will age differently depending on the wear and care they receive from their owners. Scratches, scuffs, stains and water damage are considered normal wear and tear and are not considered defective. Our lifetime warranty does not cover unreasonable use, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Where are BRACE Goods made?
BRACE products are designed and made in our Montreal studio using materials that are as sustainably sourced and as local as possible.
